During this hard-time, we sympathize all businesses, hotel partners and our beloved customers have been impacted more or less due to COVID-19. The hotel as well. For which the hotel follows the rules and regulation of hotel and tourism, and has prepared for prevention and protection of COVID-19 such as staffs are wearing mask, face shield and gloves, making social distance, hand-washing basin, hand sanitizers, measuring body temperature every day, providing medical reliefs for staffs etc.

In this case, according to prevention and protecting of COVID-19, we would like to share some changes of the hotel’s terms and conditions are as follows:

• Travel History, Medical Recommendation Letter and Recommendation Letter of the place where the guest truly stayed which are needed to stay at hotel.
• Advanced booking is also needed as well.
• Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay at hotel.
• Walk-in guests (Local or Foreigner) are not allowed during this time.
